Summary of Positions Available:
Management Trainee - Trained in every aspect of Car-Lotta Credit and Car Sales business. You will have training in collections, sales, office organization, time management, customer relations and merchandising. You will be trained to become a collection supervisor, sales manager, or branch office manager.
Collection Associate - Primarily responsible for collections and customer service. You will be trained in building customer relationships, communication techniques, and phone follow up. Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Sales Associate - Primarily responsible for sales, service, merchandising, and customer development. We DO NOT HAVE COMMISSIONED SALESPEOPLE. You will find that a sales position with us is more of a credit and financial consultant then a typical car sales person. We do not pressure our customers to buy from us. We provide a valuable service and a reliable vehicle to all of our customers. All sales associates are paid a salary plus a bonus on office performance.
Clerical Associate - Primarily responsible for directing phone and email inquiries, completion of financial and sales paperwork, and some general office duties. All clerical associates are paid a salary plus a bonus on office performance.
Internet Associate - Primarily responsible for directing and responding to phone and email inquiries. You will also be returning emails and phone calls to customers that have contacted us to schedule appointments or customers that have already been in contact with us requesting more information. We do not make cold calls or unsolicited calls. You should be comfortable with a computer and business phone use. Internet Associates are paid a salary plus a bonus on office performance.
Service Technician - We service all of our vehicles in house at each location. All technicians are paid an hourly rate. If you are tired of the “flat-rate rat race,” we are looking for you. Our technicians are NOT on flat rate. We pay an hourly rate appropriate for your abilities and work ethic. You will need a PA state inspection license and be qualified to work on our vehicles.
